Altered 70CC Bike

Hey Guy's Today i saw a race of an Altered 70cc Hero Bike and a CG125 2008 Model.Believe it or not it was a close race but in the end the 70cc Beat the 125cc.I asked the owner of the 70cc bike What modifications he has Done But He didn't tell me.Do u guy's have any idea ?
